Perfect weather for Cozumel diving★
Divers today were from USA.

Still very warm water and totally fine with short wet suits!I have been guiding in the Caribbean for 10 years and I would say the water temperature this year has been warmer than usual.I remeber that I was talking about the water temp with my friend who is also a diving instructor in US Virgin Islands and we were afraid that we would have many hurricanes this year. In fact, 2 Cat 5 hurricanes, Irma and Maria hit those Caribbean islands and devasted them.
 

We caught the 8 A.M. ferry to Cozumel and went straight to the Marine to hop on Anita for a great day of diving.

Today's dive sites are " Parancar Garden" and " Yucab"
We give you thorough briefing using the map!

1st dive: Parancar Garden. This "Cozume Blue" water will take your breath away! Very mild currnet and easy to swim.
After we checked out the drop off, we enjoyed a series of swim throughs.

After 1st dive, it is Lunch Time～♪
Sandwich with ham, tuna salad, guacamole, tomato salsa and fruits, cookies.

2nd dive:  Yucab
Compare to the 1st dive, the current is a bit strong but still not too hard to handle.
We swim zigzag around the reef here and find a lot of Caribbean species such as Spotted drum fish, Splendid Toad fish, Angel fish and so on...
